I've got a really annoying problem, I did post this in the driver thread but not many people replied or looked at it, and if they did it wasnt to answer my question
So yeah basically, I've installed the new 7.1's on Vista Business x86. And they all installed fine (at least I think?), games work properly with no issues and videos playback fine.
But whenever I try and open CCC, I get the following error:
I've tried reinstalling three times. I've tried logging on as the main admin account (going through Computer Management, disabling my account then enabling the main Windows Admin account) but same problem. I've tried right clicking and running as administrator, same problem. Pleeeeease help me lol

I use business x86 + 7..1 If you ever format again try installing them straight after you've installed the OS, maybe its something else causing this to happen
