Hi all, wonder if you could help me wit hthis problem:
I'm running Vista Ultimate x64 and have to hard drives - C with the OS and E which I use for all my media etc.
When navigating through my computer, and trying to view a folder for the first time on E drive, Vista displays a window saying I do not currently have permissions/access, and would I like to gain access?
I click yes, it takes a moment and opens the folder. Once I have accessed that folder it wont ask me again for that particular folder, but why is it asking this? I am logged on as Administrator.
Furthermore, if I click on a saved movie on E drive (or any media/exe file), it wont open, it gives me a permissions error. However, it will let me drag and drop it onto C drive and will play fine from there?
Thanks
