Problem with ATI Silencer 5 - Advice needed

Bought a Arctic Cooling Silencer for my X850XT 4-5 months ago from OcUK, worked fine at first but over the last 6 weeks or so it has started to make a racket when the fan speed goes above 50-60% which happens whenever i play any game obviously.

I took out the card, and gave it good clean (wasn't that messy tho'), while doing this i noticed that the fan on the silencer has a small "wobble", which i assume is causing the noise.

Question is, how do I get this fixed?
A look at Arctic Cooling's website says that they don't do RMA's but supply their resellers with extra fans !!
So, do I send the item back to OcUK or what ??

I'd try and contact OcUK and take it from their, if they aren't any help try and ring up artic cooling and explain the problem they'll probably help.

Artics VGA coolers are crap so far I've had 2 of the ones for the 9800XT and both of the fans went within 3 months, since they are relatively cheap i didn't bother RMA back to artic since it would probably cost nearly the price of a new one to post it to them.

If OC replace yours please inform us, although it wont be much help to me since they dont seem to stock the 9800XT one anymore.
