Problem with ATI Tool

I've swapped from a 8600GTS to a 4850, but now ATI Tool won't run.

Takes ages to load up, and as soon as I try and turn on 3D View or Artefact scan it comes up as not responding.

Removed it and re-installed it a couple of time but won't load.

Worked fine with the old card, that's how I found out it was faulty.

Any suggestions??
 
That could explain it.
I wasn't after the overclocking part, was going to use it to test stability

Anything else that does artefact scanning as intense as ATi Tool?
 
System Auto Tuned in CCC to 700/1100 but when running furmark I'm getting artefacts.
At least it's not crashing the system with this card.
Backed settings down to 650/1050 and it's running fine with no artefacts now.
