Hi, my PSU has developed a stange and annoying problem. After shut down it won't turn back on unless I half flick the psu power switch..... When the PC is on there's no problems or crashes so I'm not sure what the problem is, any ideas?

I tried to go on their website but it won't work and they don't seem to be listed in OCUK technical support.

Yea I did that last night, had it unplugged all night and it turned on fine this morning, but then after I shut it down it won't turn back on unless I unplug it for a while or half flick the psu switch on/off... It's very stange and annoying. Thanks for the reply btw.

turn off power. unplug lead, turn on pc to use any electricity left over in the system(it might flicker to life for a milisecond). give it a few mins then replug and let us know

It didn't turn on after doing that :'( Sometimes it does turn on and sometimes it doesn't. It started happening last week, but after a few days it started working fine but now it's gone like this. The LEDs light up on the mono so it's getting power. The only other thing it could be is the power switch on my NZXT Switch 810 case... I have to change my watercoolent soon so I'll be unplugging it all but really wanted to sort this problem first.
I don't really know how there could be a problem with the PSU when it works fine when the PC is on, never had something like this before.

Edit: It is a problem with the PSU as I unplugged it all and used a PSU Bridger and it doesn't always turn on. Don't have a clue what to do now as Bequiet site is down and from what I can see OCUK don't offer technical support for them. £200 PSU and only bought it in November.

RMA if you can , depending on where you bought it (OCUK?) they will normally handle the return or after support just explain that you cant get through to Be Quiet! on the web and if possible replace with a better brand (My previous psu was a be quiet 520w, lasted well but they are considered a cheapy brand)

Yea thanks have sent an RMA request and I'll see what they say. OCUK have always been good with me so I'll hope for the best. Not sure you could call this one cheap as it was nearly £200:p Cheers for the replies guys, I'll update you when I hear from them:)
