Problem with camera reading memory card.

Anybody have any ideas for this? Noticed the little plastic bits have been falling off one of my memory cards for a while, as pictured...

I just went to put a card in my camera and it wouldn't push all the way in, gave the camera a little shake and one of the plastic bits fell out of the card slot. It'll let me put the card in now but comes up with this message....

Tried with a few cards and says this for all but one of them. Doesn't seem to be anything else in the slot from what I can see.

Any ideas?

Looks like the switch on the side of the card is locked to me.

Yea I checked that, it's not.

You need to be careful that you don't damage the pins inside the camera.

If you have any duff cards bin them and buy new. It's not worth damaging your camera.

The card is damaged, throw it out and buy a new one. This happens a lot, especially with the cheaper brands.
