Problem with Canon Camera

Hey, got the canon powershot s60 in april, however I think its gone faulty, look on the picture attatched, at the top of the photo those grid lines, across the picture, it is on all pictures, which are light, not the darker ones.

Is it faulty or is there an option for that lol (Bit nooby with cameras) Or just need the lense cleaning?

April 2006, this year.

I will give canon customer service a ring on monday now, as I just tried but closed on saturday.

Glad I found out this problem now, not before i was going florida next year
