Problem with Checkout?

Sorry, a little of-topic, but just needed to ask if anyone else has been experiancing problems when buying here lately?

My can't seem to complete my order, phoned my bank up 3-4 times and they said its okay thier end, so i changed the limit to something small to test, £30 worth of items, and i still get the same block. I noticed while i was going through the PC builder that it was being changed a little, i wonder if it affected the payment section in anyway. I was just wondering if its just me? Been trying for 2 days...
 
Yeah tried IE but i couldnt even log in lol, then tried IE 64 bit and could log in, but couldnt checkout, tried at work too hmm, ill try contact them sometime then, ill leave the PC i was going to get for now
 
Hmm, ive just ordered, so i doubt its that. Try clearing all your cookies / temp files. Seems strange that you have tried 2 different comps and are getting the same problem.
 
I could never put my last order through online despite trying several times, had to phone them up in the end, there was no problems making payment over the phone. It turned out that the fraud department at my bank had completely blocked any online trasactions to OcUK due to recent problems, still can't place orders online even now.
 
Just give OcUK a call tomorrow and they should be able to put your order through without any problems. Your bank is probably blocking it but the people you spoke to may not be aware of it, online transactions may be handled by a different department. It's nothing to worry about, they are doing it for your benefit.
