Problem with computer freezing during games.

The computer used to crash every 20-30mins with a blue screen of death and error codes(0x0000007f and sometimes 0x0000008E)

I uninstalled AVG and since then I have not had any BSOD's, however whenever I try and run a game, it will crash within 5-60 minutes. It has managed to restart itself once.

I have done a memory test and it had 0 errors (using memtest) and I have updated the video card drivers via the nVidia website.

Is there any other steps I can do to try and work out what the problem is?

could you list you system spec ?

AMD duron 1300
6200 Geforce 256mb
Not sure what the actual motherboard is, the manual just says a 830CN/830CH/830CF motherboard.
Windows XP SP2

I'd start with a fresh windows install.

We reinstalled Windows last week, it was reinstalling Windows that has started causing all these errors.

I get this if I have oc to far, with not enough volts, I would also at the memory

We're not overclocking anything.

The computer is also running very low temperatures(mid 20's)

Is it 1 stick 256?

Just d/led CPU-Z and its saying the motherboard is a SiS 730.

The memory is one stick of 512mb, not sure if its DDR or SDRAM though as CPU-Z won't tell me.

Do I have any options other than to reformat?

run occt it will give u graphs to see if the psu is having trouble as the voltages will be seen to vary wildly. also run prime to see if there is an issues with the cpu.
