Problem With Connecting TV To Computer

I finished building my computer yesterday so today i installed windows 7 but the picture on my TV inst very good even thou im connecting through hdmi, also i connect my x box to the same TV through hdmi and i have no problems with that

XFX ATI Radeon HD 4850 512MB GDDR3 Dual DVI how do u check what driver version i am using.

^this is my tv and yes it does have game mode

i have been playing around for hours at first there was a black border around but i gt that away now the picture is a bit fizzy nt hdmi quality

there is no 1366 x 768 the closest is 1360x768 and it looks worse like that
