Problem with core temp?

Hi there, I start up core temp normally and everything is ok, I then exit the program, then when I come to restart core temp I double click the icon and nothing happens, then all of a sudden the whole system freezes and I cant do anything :confused:

, so I have to press the restart button.

Im on Windows vista Ultimate 64, havent had any other problems, i just hope its not hardware related, what do you guys think? :confused:
