Problem with crysis

I was playing crysis for about 30 mins and then windows cuts in and says you are running low on memory!. Now i have 4gb of memory and i cant believe crysis is using this much? has anyone else had this problem or know how to fix it? im using patch 1.2

yes i disabled page filing, how come is this bad? i thought it was good if you had 4gb
