I have just installed a new motherboard and cpu, got back to my desktop fine, no issues, and installed the motherboard drivers, then everytime I restart, I get this found new hardware wizard which says there's a PCI device, I can't understand what it might be, cause there's only 1 pci device in there, it's an old creative sb sound card, but it's working fine, and the drivers were reinstalled, still made no difference. What could it be?

Try right clicking it in device manager, driver tab, update driver, and pop in your motherboards chipset CD, then select browse CD Rom or whatever it is (tell it to look through the CD), if the driver is on there it will find and install as it could be one its missed, or could be something like the onboard audio, LAN etc... that you have still got enabled in the BIOS. :)
