problem with electric windows

Hi

warm weather has arrived and electric windows don't work

They go down fine, it's just when i close them that they struggle and need some assitance with a hand helping to push them them up

Any thoughts on how to make them less manual when i want to close them?

Sticking windows due to the heat, perhaps treat the rubber seals with something?

mine seem funny in this weather too, sometimes they whizz up and down at silly speeds, other times they take ages
