Problem with Flash since update

Since Flash gave a me a little update I keep getting this problem when I scroll past a flash video on here or youtube for example. Just wondering if the problem is universal or just something Im suffering with - it seems to cut a horizontal line through the video wherever it wants to in random places and will change each time I scroll up and down. However if I do it slowly with the scroll bar (instead of mouse wheel) it doesn't happen

looks like its something do with the flash plugin. Im guessing your on a 64 bit machine, most of these 64 bit programs are not great, this is why 32bit is more supported.

Nope. It's a well known problem to the latest 11.3 flash plugin due to the sandboxing feature when used with Firefox.
