Problem With Folders - XP

My friend has a problem when creating new folders or when moving them about or when he wants to delete them he gets the following message I have no idea what he has done I think he did mention something about indexing but I don’t know if that has something to do with this program below

"Renaming, moving or deleting 'New Folder' could make some programs not work. Are you sure want to do this?

Probably because something is/was using that directory?

Just click yes and hope for the best

the thing is though there was nowt in the folder at all or in the other folders weird i know

the folder has the "s" attribute set (system).
