problem with friends PC. help.

hi guys got an issue a friends PC isn't working for some strange reason.
Symptoms are as follows:
Power to pc is ok but no visual output. Keyboard and mouse don't work.
The graphics card seems to be working because neither the mobo or card make the screen work.
I seem to be stuck on diagnosing this one!

Would be most grateful for your help. Thanks

The monitor is fine because we were using it to play halo earlier.

Also, try using the onboard graphics port if he has one, if that works then it could the GPU at fault.

No BIOS beers that i can hear.
Onboard graphics port isn't working either. Its an old 755 mobo but even my mates doesn't know what mobo it is.
He bought it refurbished yearssss ago.
I feel the mobo might have given up the ghost.

Tried that last night.
I have a feeling its the mobo.
This isnt a new build its a pc thats just stopped working =/ seemed fine on wednesday then wont boot on thursday.

Is usually beeps.
If you turn sound on for the video you should be able to hear the fans spinning.

GFX fan and CPU fan both work.

Not done it yet as im not at my friends house. But I have text him letting him know what to try and to report back when he has the chance!

Im placing my bets on the fact its borked.
