Problem with GCC on 5090 aorus master

I recently bought an 5090 aorus master, and i installed gygabyte control center
Before that, the fans of the gpu have the 0 rpm mode activate, but after i install that ****** app, its doesnt work. even if the temperature of gpu its 40⁰, its always at 1000rpm
Is there any way to restore the gpu to the factory? I mean, only nvidia drivers

Normal, but on NVP i put the gpu power setting to max performance
Anyway, before i installed GCC the fans worked fine

Everything should be on normal, or fans won't stop. My experience anyway.

If I recall correctly, the Aorus Master fans ran up to 1000rpm ish at either 50 or 40 degrees with quite a noticeable ramp up. The fans have quite a high minimum speed.

You can figure out the minimum fan speeds by forcing low speeds in MSI afterburner.
