problem with gpu tracker

i have an error when trying to load the program.".net framework intialization error, unable to find a runtime to run this application"
it is an xp x64 os.
i have updated the .net framework i believe it had framework 4 on and the update was just a security update.

Sounds odd, never heard of that, only have the obvious suggestion I'm afraid - reinstall? Did it ever work before or is this the first time you are trying to install it?

never worked. does gpu tracker support .net framework 4 the only info i can find says it support 3.5 but i would assume it would support 4.

I'm running it on Win XP Pro (64 bit) - no issues for me.

Make sure you update XP from Microsoft - mine has had all available updates installed.

Also, with mine I had to disable CPU detection.

Never had an issue with the .net framework.

found an update that works. but now i have a problem with it, it won't detected the cpu's, the cpu's are dual x5560 , it just won't start folding, i press the start cpu button and won't pickup a wu, in the log it says configuring folding at home.
