Problem with Graphics Card?

Ive been having some problems recently due to my graphics card i believe, i think it could be on the way out but ive only had it about 6months!

I dont have an idea what to do not sure if i can return it without the box, any ideas?! Screenshot below:

Yeah thats them, i also get the 'rainbow' dots in the post screen!

I used to get that on the POST screen, very weird. Then one day it just went away. I'd suggest perhaps taking your card out, giving it a good clean and perhaps but some AS5 on the core and memory and re-assemble the heatsink on the card nice and tight and see if they come back.

Right i'll have a go, ive not actually had a problem up until now. Same thing happened with my old X850XT PE but it was lined artifacts and the screen was hardly viewable.
