Problem with Hibernation........

Getting a problem with Hibernation.

Got Windows 7 running a HTPC under the stairs.

I have a Wireless Keyboard connected to it and a IR Remote which is used with my Logitech Harmony One.

I have set in Device Manager--->USB Devices etc 'power management' 'not to turn off this device'

I have set in 'Power options' things as far as I can tell correctly.

Now if I leave the HTPC for a few hours, it will come back on after hibernation etc fine.
If I leave it more than say 5+ hours, it will NOT come out of Hibernation.


Any ideas what to check etc?
