Hi all,

I have a problem with the high level brake light on my yaris. The normal two brake lights work but not the top high level one.

Now I checked the fuse, and that's ok, not blown, as if it was the normal two brake lights wouldn't work.

So then I bought another unit thinking it might be the unit fault, but that doesn't seem to work either.

Now I'm guessing it might be the connector, or there is a break in the connection somewhere. I tried my best to follow the connection round and I think it connects to the right brake light.

What next steps should I take?

Thanks in advance.

This is where you need a local decent little garage to pop it in for odd jobs, believe me you need to find one of these to make life easier.

I would, but the guys In Bradford are dodgy. Don't trust them one bit. Multimeter it is!

There must be one, you just need to seek one out, mates relatives, someone you know must know a good one.

Had bad experiences with a couple. I got a mate who's an auto electrician trying to get hold of him, typical person, doesn't answer his phone :p. It's a bit annoying as I do like a car to be perfect. :(
