Problem with imgur!

anyone find that the IMG code isn't working when posting from imgur?

it works fine when first posted but after 1 refresh its broken

I'm finding that it's working sometimes mostly not at all.

Apparently, they've put OcUK on their blacklist

If you right click the image and paste the link, you see the pic. Makes sense they have blocked OcUK if not showing up on here.

Great news- I emailed Alan, the creator/owner of IMGUR, and he took the block off of SF.com. Apparently the issue may reside (my speculation) with our OT-NWS section, members using IMGUR to host porn.

So if it's not a bandwidth issue, it could be the above.

This is a joke... Well I guess it's not really, but the whole point of Imgur is that it hosts images and they take huge bandwidth... I'll have to find a way to bypass the stupid Imageshack create an account..

Interestingly it's not blocked on Reddit, which has about 1 million unique visitors per day - far more than the OcUK forums I imagine.

I stopped using imageshack when they did this, so I moved on to imgur, now this happens! seems like every site I use gets broken by something

You can use any range of hosting sites but imgur was by far the fastest and easiest. tinypic captcha codes are such a farce

I guess so, I'm just used to it now. Always uploaded them there.

Same.

Whilst there's a huge array of image hosting sites, imageshack was always the easiest for a quick upload, if I wanted an image for a project or something I'd use my photobucket account, but otherwise, it was imageshack. All image sites seem to just be creating annoying opposition now.

Imgur was built by a Reddit user, mainly for use by Redditors.
