Problem with IMon Remote

Hi,

I just set up the Micro Fusion 350 with the RM100 remote, IMon and IMedian but I can't seem to get the remote to work correctly. Only the four directional arrows, power, backspace, volume, enter and Go seem to work. The bottom three buttons (rewind, play and fast forward) don't work. I'm running Vista Ultimate 64bit. I can't get those keys to work in any media application. I can only get "Not Defined" on the LCD.

It seems there are a lot of problems with the IMON software and producers... wish I'd seen that before buying. Does anyone know how to solve this?

Tried updating the imon software?

the only way to get the updates is leaving it to the built in auto update. I think its up to date either way. It is really a terrible piece of software/hardware.

Have you tried defining the buttons and registering the applications in the iMon manager? I can't remember the exact steps and I'm at work so I can't give you any more details than that without looking.

Yeah I tried endlessly to define them. I've finally got it working though. I found a like to a beta release of their newest software release which did the job. I was actually able to select the remote that came with it and that defined all the functions

Thanks for the advice! I think vanilla's link might work too... it's merely the version before the beta.
