I've got a Acer 8290g laptop and i've bought a creative x-fi notebook card for it. Everythings installed fine but whenever the card is plugged into the expresscard/54 slot, the wi-fi switches its self off.
I haven't a clue where to start as it's my first laptop and it's running vista ultimate. Can anybody help or have an idea to stop the expresscard slot overriding the internal wi-fi?
