Hi everyone, I need your help! my mate has got a laptop and is trying to install fifa manager '09 and he has said that the dvd drive is spinning quickly hten just making a clicking noise, and that other discs are working fine, its just this one (he has also replaced the fifa disc a few times and is now using one tested elsewhere)
i have got him to do a windows update and also check for new drivers in device manager all to no avail. i dont know what more to suggest!! i have searched on google for ages for firmware updates but cant find much info. the drive model is "Optiarc DVD RW AD 5530A"
Do any of you guys know any other options, all help would be appreciated!
