Problem with Media Extender after windows update

Hey all, had my xbox360 running as a media centre extender off my MCE pc running fine for ages, I disabled autoupdate and not updated in months.

I run it yesterday, update all componants, some MCE specific stuff in the 20 or so updates i got and now my Xbox360 wont connect to PC, iv tried everything :mad:

Any idea why ? Xbox says 'pc your trying to connect is busy and/or is busy with another connection'

Load of rubbish had my pc doing nothing, running nothing, WHY is it saying this all of a sudden after update ?
 
Tried rebooting both - plugging / unplugging them

make sure windows media extender is set to Allow

Disabling windows Firewall etc
 
RIGHT im furious, iv tried EVERYTHING

NO firewalls running, still wont connect. Ran everything as normal, even takin to uninstalling the Windows updates ........and still nothing, the pc just says'

carnt connect at this time

the xbox says your access rights have expired press to try again.......so i do........the access code comes up for like 2 seconds then flashes back to the 'your access rights have expired press to try again'

I then even filmed this so I could pause the access code screen on film and type in the last displayed code, and that still didnt work.......

WHAT IS IT thats doing this ? some windows security update ? iv uninstalled the MCE specific updates but still no go
