I recently replaced some budget 3GB DDR3 ram with Corsair 6Gb 1600Mhz ram

however using Cpu z it doesnt look like its running at the right speeds can anyone help me brings things up to speed.

heres a print screen of the memory sections on cpu z my mobo is a Gigabyte X58 DS4 with a i7 920 C0 stock speed installed.

So i increase the fsb to 200Mhz and my memory should run at the right speed and my processor speed increases ?

i plan to overclock but thought it involved a lot more than just the fsb

Finally got round to turning on the extreme memory profile and now have htis for the settings:

i assume Nb frequency is the northbridge ? all the timings seem to of jumped up inc the Dram frequency so i think i have what i want however would running the Nb at a higher frequency than normal cause any possible damage ?
