hi.can someone help me?i used to built so many new computers ages ago/pentium 4 age/ and now finally i made another one.
my question is can i use asus vga gt-640 in new motherboard lga1200?i have this pc:

Msi z490-a-pro
Cpu i5 10500
HyperX 8GB
Kingston pcie 500gb
Psu corsair 550W

In this built with using cpu vga all working fine.
But with adding vga Asus Gt-640 there is nothing on the screen and computer restarting in loop in every 5 seconds
On msi website there are only new vga on compatibility list like nvidia 1050 and above.
My vga is pcie 3.0 standard which is what motherboard supporting.i never had problem using any pcie vga in any board but is this something new with lga1200?is pcie faulty/motherboard has 2 and i have tried in both pcie and same result not working/ or its really compatibility issue?
I need computer for my work and playing games will be later on like hobby thats why poor vga for now.

Oh yes and gpu working.its been removed from working machine and when i installed back in old computer after trying in new its still working

As this is very new chipset and i believe not many people will install old vga to new machine I tried to email msi but :
