Hay all.

Now i don't think its the cold that's the reason why but u never know.

Ok i got a Suzuki intruder vl 125cc and before i set off anywhere i let the bike warm up for like 10 min (smoke time lol )

Anyways some times if i don't keep the revs up it just cut out on me :(

And the bike does sound a bit different like the engine sound like its struggling with a deeper sound to it not the normal sound i am use to hearing.

I got no clue what could be the problem only started when the weathers got colder so could well be the cold after all lol.

Thanks for any help guys/girls.

Nice one guys so really its bin my fault the hole time lol

The air filter element is in perfect condition when i check few weeks ago.

I will check the plugs in a bit.

My m8 can sort the carburetor if it need cleaning.

So the best thing is to start with choke on full then when its started turn choke off ?

Noob questions i know but never had this problem before on my other bike (tzr 125)

Thanks

Thanks malc30

The way i was told to use the choke is leave choke on for a bit before setting off but i guess that guy was wrong lol

So running choke as your riding is the best for it and then turn it lower and lower untill the bike warmed up then off comes the choke and everything all good.

I give that a go later today :D

Cheers
