Problem with my computer

This comes up when i turn my computer on, what does it mean and how do i get rid of it??

It comes up every time i turn on *** computer specs are:

2.17 Ghz AMD
2 harddrives 1x 80 gb 1x 160
512 mb Kingston Ram

this may sound really weird but i cant seem to find the system 32 folder??
