Just got my new Asus 4890 card today.
installed the card, and the noise of the card sounds like when a bearing goes on something. when i touch the fan, the noise goes. and also goes when the case in layin on it's side. but once back up onto its normaly position, the noise comes back, sounds like a loose car wheel. plus, is the ati box meant to be sealed ? as the part where u open the box was ripped
should i just RMA the card... gutted now..
It's not the normal sound of the fan, as my mate has the 4870 card, which don't make this crazy sound.
Cheers.
