Problem with my PC

I upgraded my PC with a new CPU, Motherboard and ram in August, a few weeks after I upgraded my PC, it started doing random reboots or the monitor would lose the signal to the graphics card and the graphics card fan would speed up as if I had just turned the PC on, but the rest of the system would look like its running ok. The hard drive light will flashing as if it’s loading something and all the case fans with LED’s in would still be running fine, with no sign of a flicker or power cut. Some times when I start/reboot the PC, it will look like it has not posted, but the hard drive light is flashing away as if it’s loading windows, but the monitor is blank as if the monitor has not detected the graphics card and the monitor power button light will flash, so I turn the monitor on and off but still no signal and the only way to get it working is to reboot the PC. When it dose reboot, sometimes it says windows did not shut down correctly and gives me the boot up option for safe mode/normal.

While having this problem I have replaced both motherboard and ram again with different brands and still have the same problem. I am beginning to think it’s the Graphics card, my friend thinks it’s the PSU.

Any one else have any ideas?

GA-EP35C-DS3R original upgrade motherboard, new motherboard P5Q Pro
Corsair XMS2 DHX 800MHz original upgrade ram, new ram GeIL Black Dragon Evo one 800MHz.

What's kind of beep you hear when your pc start up? or when its reboot?

No beebs, as their is no speaker on motherboard

Sounds most likely a problem with the Graphics card, do you have another to test with?

I have texted a friend to see if we can swap graphics cards, waiting for reply ;)

Got a reply back he has a spare Radeon 1950, only problem I have to wait till monday :(
