Problem with new build

Hi, I have just finished building my new computer, but it won't boot!

Problem: When I press the power button, the fans spin for about a second and a green light comes on showing that power is reaching the motherboard but then the power cuts out!

Anyone any idea of the problem.? What should I do????

No!! Just tried plugging it in...seems to be working now. Thanks!

Ok I can get into the BIOS now, but when I exit, I get an error message:

Intel CPU uCode loading error
Press F1 to Resume

Any ideas?
