Problem with new build????

Hi guys i am building three new machines for a friends business, i posted last week about the spec.

The spec is:

Abit IP35-E
Intel Quad core
8GB OCR memory
500Gb western digital HDD
Saphire HD 2600 Pro (Pci Express)
DVD rw

i have installed everything but when i turn it on it all powers up, then powers down then powers up fully but with no graphics???? I have connected all the power cables except one which is called ATX4P1 which says it is an auxilary power source for devices added on PCI express slots??

Does this need to be connected???

same problem guys took out all but one stick of ram, disconnected dvd drive and same thing happened it started up but no graphics?????

i have tried all three and they are exactly the same???
 
i have tried a different graphics card but still the same thing and i have tried two different monitors (CRT- analog adaptor) i have had the 8 pin cable plugged in and i also tried the 4 pin as the manual said it would work but it recommended the 8 pin!

would it have anything to do with the third power adaptor that has something to do with PCI express????
 
both the red and green light is on, on the motherboard?? is this normal

plugging that other connector in did nothing
 
i messed around there and found it out to be a single stick of ram that was causing the problem, all machines are working fine but when i put this particular stick in it causes them not to show anything.

Will OCUK take back a single stick or will i have to return a pair????
