Problem with new computer

I have just bought a new computer from this site and after only a few hours of being set up i get this blue screen telling me that i need to shut down.

The error that i'm getting is:

IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL

I've been looking on the internet and i ran a program called memtest and it seems that i have no problems, this error has happened twice.

used memtest and it comes up with no errors.
i can't believe i bought a computer built by overclockers and probably gonna have to send it back in the first day.

K Thanks very much for your help, i would try and fix it myself but i'd only probably make it worse.
