Problem with new system and monitor signal

i have tried 2 monitors on my new primo oren system that i bought from here with the hd 5770 i turn the system on and it beeps once and the monitors are getting no signal from it . i tried phoneing system support but been busy for a while so i thought id post here to see if any of you guys knows whats wrong

I would open the case and reseat the memory and cards...

i got it prebuilt because i am really not comfortable doing that

As its a new system from here its probably best to make post in the OcUK Customer Service section of the forum.

Might be best to do a check to see if all the power cables are plugged in correctly.

i dont seem to have access to the customer service forums and cant get hold of system support by phone at all been trying for an hour and half

hmm quick question do i have to plug a monitor into the dvi slots at the bottom if im not using onboard graphics, i am currently connecting the VGA connector to the motherboard as i only have this sort of connection.Do i need a monitor with DVI to connect to the graphics card is this why its not working?

Indeed it would be the reason why it is not working. You will need to plug the monitor into the graphics card down the bottom. You can get a VGA to DVI converter.

thanks pal now working it had an adapator in the graphic card box

now to get used to windows 7
