Problem with Newsbin / Astraweb

I am using Vista Ultimate X64 and I released and renewed my IP Address. Everything to do with the internet is working except for Newsbin / Astraweb.

When I start Newsbin to start my downloads, the download starts for 10 seconds max and then stops. There are no error messages in the log, it just won't download

Can someone help please?

Since renewing your IP address, have you closed and left Newsbin closed for 10minutes? I normally do this if I have any problems.

You might also be able to go to your Usenet providers official website and running any diagnostic tools they normally have for example Giganews have one here = http://www.giganews.com/performance.html

Thanks for your help

Newsbin has been closed for hours and then started and closed etc. but still the same problem. I have ran a traceroute with Astraweb and it came back fine.
