problem with nokia 6280 and 3

hi all, i have a new 6280 but i have a small annoying problem.
when i receive a message from 3 ie for football highlights of the day click on the link below......... i have no way of clicking on that link, its not active, just the site ie http://..... i have no cursor or what ever to move down to the link to select it.
yes, ive rung 3, they suggested things like restoring factory settings (didnt work) and reactivating the footy update.

anyone any ideas what i can do?

I have just got a 6280 last week, its going back as it wont read the memory card

apparently there are loads of issues with these phones

so I have decided to not have a replacement and get a diff phone eslewhere

the nokia uk website has a forum that lists all the issues, maybe yours is listed

sounds like a fireware problem

have one on vodafone and it works fine but then again vodafone kept

delaying it until most of the major issues were resolved

sounds about right for a tin pot network like 3
