Problem with nokia pc suite

Trying to get Nokia PC suite to connect to my 6630 via bluetooth. Whenever I try to connect I get an error message saying "cannot authenticate the phone" and nothing comes up on the phone. Using the latest version of PC suite. It used to work, I'm not sure what I did to break it.

im having a problem connecting to my 6680 via the usb cable giving me a similar erro but i dont understand it has been working fine. Tried the latest pc suite and it still doesnt work
