crysis worked once but it started crashing the pc and now wont even install.
The OS is Windows XP X64 SP2
Running dotnetframework2 x64 SP1
ATI driver 10.2 dated october + Catalyst CC
All updates etc are on the system
The mobo bios has been reset to defaults
The memory voltage adjusted to suit the memory sticks
I have tried with just one of the 2gb sticks at differnent times
Dfferent memory banks
Swapped the 2 sticks around
It has the same problems with Win XP SP2
I struggle to get it to crash doing simple repitive jobs like surfing the net, running flash heavy content etc
I daresay that Vista will grumble just as much
I have copied the disk to the desktop andd ran the installation from there
I have swapped the dvd drive and ran it from that
I have performed mega loads of memory tests / cpu tests etc
