Hi guys

When posting i get a amber light on RAM and red flashing for CPU with no post or display.
There doesn't appear to be a way to update the bios using a button and flash drive.
I don't have any other parts available to hand.

Any ideas?

MSI MAG B560M Bazooka
Intel i5 11400F
Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 3000Mhz 16GB
GeForce GT 730

11400f is supported from first bios release so Check all power cables especially the cpu at the top, use a single stick of memory.

Check cpu motherboard socket for bent pins.

Boot with one stick of RAM, try alternate slots for both if required, then also put your GPU in another PCI-E slot if still no joy. Then check the socket make sure you've not bent any of the pins when installing the CPU.

Do check the 4 or 8 pin EPS CPU power cable is connected first though, as that is a really common problem.

Took one of the sticks out and it booted into bios.
Updated to the latest version and added back in the 2nd stick, did not post, flashing red light.
Removed stick that was working and still fails to post with red light - faulty stick on arrival!

Thanks guys

Turn of the pc disconnect the power cable from the wall.and reset the cmos using the jumper on the motherboard, leave for 10 minutes and try again with a single stick.
