Problem with Resolution LCD TV

Hey,

i recently bought a Logik 24" LCD TV to use as a computer monitor, but when I first used it via HDMI cable at 1920x1080 resolution (the max and recommended resolution) it was not full screen. I used catalyst control center and adjusted the Underscan/Overscan until it was full screen.

Now that it is full screen I was wondering if doing that decreases the image quality on screen or anything? Or is this the best quality it should be?

Thanks

I didn't find anything called "Just Scan" anywhere in the settings on my tv.

It's just that some text seems a bit weird... Maybe it's just my imagination.
