Hi, have a problem when something flashes brightly and quickly in a cut scene of a game for example.
And it seems to do it if something fades quickly from white to black
It's hard to describe in words but it's like small lines and bands of grey, white & black in the affected area. (almost like the frames aren't being drawn properly)

It seems to me like the response time of the monitor can't keep up (226BW is rated at 2ms). Is this a limitation of this particular model(i have the C panel) or is this a limitation with LCD monitors?
Could this even be a wrong setting in my graphics card drivers?
Thanks.

Thanks for the reply.
Well it seemed to have improved things a little bit!
Doesn't having RTA enabled meant to improve the response time though?
I'd imagine RTA turned off would put me down to 6-8ms rather than 2!
Does RTA have another function that i don't know about?
Cheers.

Without RTA it should be a 5ms Panel, I can't say if this is the only function RTA has, but afaik this is the case. I'd like to tell you this isn't a issue with the Samsung panel, but indeed it is, I've had 4 monitors from Samsung so far two Samsung panels and two CPT panels all have had this issue, so you either live with it or get a refund, which should be possible through Samsung if you were to complain enough : D
