Problem with Samsung NC10 keyboard working properly

Hello,
I have installed Windows7 on my Samsung NC10 and have one serious problem with the keyboard.
Can't get the proper layout of the keyboard. Most upper case dont show up correctly eg # istead of the £ but the most important is can't get the "@" at all.
All Fn keys work fine.
Now I have the keyboard set to English UK.

yes, tried both, the default US international and the UK.Actually after I got rid of the US it's working OK. Thanks for your help.
