Problem with shutting down and powering PC.

The PC does not respond to the power button after turned off, for now i switch it off completely from the psu and then on and sometimes it powers on automatically after doing so or it works in a few clicks. If the PC is on it works fine but when i shut it down via windows or the power button then automatically turns on again or in a way restarts. If have tried different things in windows like updates but it does not work, what should i do?

This has started happening after i switched case to Phanteks P600S with more fans.
Any suggestions?

I’d start by double checking you have connected power switch cable correctly to the motherboard header pins and its the right way around.
 
If you have done the above you can also check your BIOS in the power setting there will be something like AC Power Loss Restart make sure that is Disabled.
