Backstory : I have a friend who wanted me to create a simple page as he has it printed as a footer to his headed paper. I used to run this site for him back in 2005.
Anyway I bought the site on Monday morning from my registrar and have it hosted with my other sites with another host provider.
However I'm having problems viewing the site.
From my house and work it's redirecting to dsnextgen
yet I can view it ok on my ipad and iphone I've tried ccleaner and cleaning cache on both FF and IE and even flushing the dns via ipconfig.
I've looked at whatsmyip and the nameservers are pointing to my host ok.
However when I do a tracert from my pc it's not actually pointing to my host's ip ?
Actually I found out via the tracert that from my pc connected to my wifi I'm getting forwarded to my domain registrar and not to my host
However from my ipad on the same wifi I get connected to my host
