Does this happen to anyone else?
Whenever I charge my phone up after it's flat, it will not let me scroll up and down on my text messages, browser or anything else. Also, when I lock it, the clock and sliders disappear as normal but my wallpaper stays.
Now to fix this I usually have to reset/restart the phone a few times, but now, it's not working. What can I do?
