I'm trying to change my password to access my emails on Virgin Media's website as I've forgotten my old one. However, when I click on their link to answer security questions I'm receiving a certificate error stating that there is a problem with the websites security certificate! Doesn't take much but I'm confused.

I'm too scared! Is it safe? It hasn't been taken over by fraudsters has it?
Usually means their certificate has expired or your computer clock is wrong.
View the certificate's properties to ensure it was issued for Virgin. If it is, then it's probably Okay.
If it doesn't say Virgin anywhere on the certificate or, worse, no company name at all (i.e. a self-signed cert.) then you may be under a SSL man-in-the-middle attack.

I'm just accessing the email icon from there and then entering my email address before clicking on forgotten password. From there I am required to click a link to answer security questions and it is at that point I get the warning.
