Problem with wifi (Lag spikes)

Everything was working fine up until about 2 weeks ago when i started getting bad lag spikes on my desktop while connected through WiFi. Laptop and other devices connected through WiFi also don't have this problem. I have tried a new WiFi card and i have also done a format on the PC and still have the same problem.
